Through the Scholarship Fund, we gift children and adults, who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend, a memorable experience at our program camps and retreats. We want as many people as possible to hear the good news of God’s redeeming love.

Camp is for Everyone

We never want finances to be the reason a person has to miss camp. Thanks to the generosity of individuals and churches in the community, we are able to offer scholarship assistance and a discounted pricing structure for families who need support.

Step 1 is to register for camp. While it is not required that you register before you apply for a scholarship, it is encouraged, as we cannot hold spots for camps or retreats and spots fill up very fast, especially in the summertime.

After you apply, our team will be in touch within 10 business days to discuss your approval and go over options for how to pay your balance. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll want to do so as soon as possible after approval.

In 2025, we were able to provide over $15,000 in scholarships for campers, thanks to the amazing generosity of our donors! As of right now, we can only provide scholarships for a single week of summer camp per child, however we hope in the future to be able to offer more as donors are led to give.

We provide scholarships of up to 50% off the cost of a camp or retreat, dependent on need.
Any of our program camps or retreats, including winter and summer camps, and adult retreats such as the Men's or Women's retreats.
Yes, you are welcome to apply for one scholarship per season (winter vs. summer).
We typically can't approve a second scholarship for the same summer, however you are welcome to reach out to see if there are funds to cover another week of summer camp/day camp for your chosen year.
Yes, you are welcome to apply and can potentially receive a scholarship for each of your children, subject to the other conditions as previously outlined.
No formalized paperwork is required, but you will be asked about your household income in the scholarship application.
You are not required to register for a camp or retreat before you apply, however it is highly recommended you do so, so your spot is reserved. We cannot hold camp or retreat spots without the deposit and spots fill up quickly, especially in the summertime and for Women's retreat weekends.
