We are a Christian Camp and Retreat Center that exists to be used by God in the physical and spiritual formation of youth, families, and communities.

Jesus Christ

Above all, we commit to BLBC being led by Christ through continuous prayer and discernment. It is our greatest desire that BLBC is used by God for His good purposes, and to ensure every camper and guest has the opportunity to encounter Jesus.

Spiritual Transformation

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for each camper and guest to experience God’s redeeming love and receive the salvation He offers through faith in Jesus Christ. We commit to prioritizing this spiritual transformation in every facet of BLBC’s ministry.

Excellence

BLBC commits to ensuring excellence in our camping and retreat ministries for all campers, guests, volunteers, donors, and partners. We believe the quality of our ministry provides a strong foundation from which we can share the love of Christ.

Unity

We commit to working in unity with God’s people and His church. We seek out and welcome relationships with those who share a passion for everyone to know the love of Jesus Christ. We desire mutual participation in ministry, and deeply value partnerships with our volunteers, local churches, donors, businesses, and other
supporters.

Hospitality

We desire to serve God by serving His people. We commit to creating a hospitable, inviting space where everyone is welcome to join in fellowship and to experience God’s great love. Our hope is that each camper and guest will be refreshed spiritually, physically, and emotionally.
