Kitchen Shift Lead
Purpose of Position:
To assist the Food Service department in preparing quality meals for up to 600 people. The Food Service department is a critical component of Black Lake’s ministry to campers, guest group, year round staff, and summer staff, many of whom work at Black Lake Bible camp as their first work experience.
Time: Full-time Year Round
Salary Type: Hourly

Assistant Cook
Purpose of Position:
Reports to Food Service Manager or Assistant Manager. Cooks support and actively contribute to fulfilling the mission of the BLBC Food Service department by working as part of a team to make our guests feel valued by providing excellent and hospitable service.

Utility Staff
Purpose of Position:
Reports to Food Service Manager and Assistant Manager. Kitchen Utility Staff supports and actively contributes to fulfilling the mission of the BLBC Food Service department by working as part of a team to make our guests feel valued by providing excellent and hospitable service.

Program Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in executing the mission of Black Lake Bible Camp by creating safe, high-energy, and spiritually impactful experiences for guests of all ages.
