INQUIRY


+ What does the booking process look like?

  1. Submit an inquiry.

  2. Meet with Dexter Larson, our Hospitality Manager, and approve all booking documents and pay deposit.

  3. Pay remaining balance and ENJOY your retreat!

+ How long does it take to book?

Your specific timeline depends on your group's unqiue needs. After your inquiry is submitted, you'll hear back from us within 3-4 business days. On average it takes about 1 to 2 weeks from inquiry submitted to retreat booked! The sooner you are able to get us all of your documents, the more quickly and smoothly the booking process will go.

+ Can I rebook for the same dates next year?

Absolutely! If you enjoy your stay at BLBC (and we think you will!) you will typically have 30 days to rebook the exact same dates for next year. We want to make planning your retreat or conference as easy as possible and this is one way we can serve you and your group to make setting up your retreat run a little more smoothly!

+ How far in advance can I book my retreat or conference?

11 months in advance is the furthest we reserve bookings. This is because we give groups 30 days to rebook the exact same week for their group or conference for the next year.

+ What do I need in order to submit an inquiry?

You'll need:

  • The dates you desire to stay.
  • Your estimated number of guests.

You do NOT need:

  • To give us payment information to submit an inquiry.
  • Exact group numbers. You'll need to supply us with a minimum and maximum group attendance.

+ How much does each cabin cost per night?

There are many variables in determining pricing like your attendance, meals required, and lodging space. Submit an inquiry and we can help you make your retreat or conference unforgettable!

Meeting Rooms


+ Are meeting rooms equipped with audio and video capabilities?

Yes! Each room is outfitted to suit different needs. We have options for all group sizes and we'll work with you to help you set everything up and make sure it all runs smoothly so your retreat or conference will go off without a hitch!

+ Can I see a list of all meeting rooms available?

Of course! You can see all of the meeting rooms we have at BLBC RIGHT HERE. Please keep in mind that some meeting rooms may already be reserved during your stay, so speak with Dexter Larson (our Hospitality Manager) to select the best meeting room for your needs.


Meals


+ Do you have meal options available for food allergies?

Yes! We have meal options for:

  • gluten free
  • dairy/lactose free
  • nut free
  • vegan
  • vegetarian

IMPORTANT: Please note all special diet requests are due at least one week in advance For example, if a camper is both nut-free and vegetarian we can meet both needs for the same person if given at least 1 weeks notice.

+ Can we pick the meals served?

No. All meals are planned several months in advance. If you need to see the menu you can speak to Dexter Larson, Hospitality Manager, after submitting an inquiry.

+ What time are meals served?

Your meal time will depend on a few factors. During the booking process we'll be able to answer this question more clearly!
