Biblical manhood is under attack in our society. Now, more than ever, it is imperative upon Christian men to be actively mentoring the next generation. Discipleship takes time, and that’s why we have built Mentoring Minutes into our 2024 Men’s Retreat schedule.
We encourage you to register as a mentor or mentee with someone else (father/son, friend, church member) and take full advantage of this weekend. During the Mentoring Minutes, you will have time to pray together, discuss the sessions, and encourage one another.
When you register with a mentor or mentee, you each will receive one free beverage of your choice from the Camp Store.
Challenge yourself through a variety of adventurous activities!
fun free-time activities include Canoeing, Disc Golf Competition, Axe-Throwing Tournament, Climbing Wall, Dodgeball, Archery Tag, and fishing.
Featured Activities
Join in the fun at our Shotgun Shootout at Evergreen Sportsmen’s Club. Participants should bring their own gun and ammo and plan to drive/carpool. Prices range from $10-$30, which is paid at the club.
Spend the afternoon exploring Black River via kayak! Transportation to and from the river is provided for a $5 fee, and space is limited. So be sure to sign up when you register to reserve your spot!
Meet Rich Hagenbaugh.
Pastor. counselor. speaker.
Richard Hagenbaugh has spent six decades committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and endeavoring to build up individuals and congregations. He received his MDiv and DMin from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. His fifty years of Pastoral Ministry included thirty years at Gateway Baptist Church in Portland. After what some would say was a hideous and dangerous background, God plucked him out and gave him a passion for the accurate exposition of God’s Word and the loving and encouraging ministry to people. He has seen every kind of human tragedy and has helped thousands to see God in all of it. He and his wife Carolyn, of fifty-nine years, live in Washington State and God has blessed them with two children, four grandchildren, and one great-grandbaby.
Romans 11:33-36
Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!
For who has known the mind of the Lord,
or who has been his counselor?
Or who has given a gift to him
that he might be repaid?
For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.
